Saturdays are difficult

This is my post today. Call it spoken word if you want. It was created as an improvisation because the ideas came too quickly to write them down! It is a short piece that you can find by clicking below :

I hope that you will go to listen. It means a lot to me. These times are challenging in different but important ways for us all. Let us not underestimate our emotional challenges as well, whatever they might be.
I believe in us.

Please know that I miss you and love you.
With gratitude,
Heather

  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Though I don’t live there now, Provence is my Happy Place. I am now in the mid-west, and have sought out my own beautiful spaces. I am extremely lonely and each day is a challenge . Especially when it is overcast. I miss the golden light of the south of France.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this blog. I am not alone, and yes, we must cherish the Now.

  2. falling and beginning again and you will survive that's the reason and what we all have to learn in life. You sound so sad but see it as a lesson and learn and learn
again from it. Learn to be happy with all the little things you have seen on your walk and can still recognize …love yourself as I said in my last mail too.
B.t.w. you look so beautiful on the photo. (Podcast).

  3. Thank you for sharing yourself even more than you have all along. Getting to know you…tra la la is wonderful.

  4. Oh Katherine thank you! This is such a lovely compliment. It seems strange to think that we have known each other for so long and yet do not know the sound of our voices. xo

  5. Simply beautiful, dear Heather. This was meant to be a spoken word post. Nothing else would have been as effective. ?

  6. You have such a beautiful voice, Heather – both the sound and your “voice” in the story are lovely. Thank you, how nice to hear you!

  7. So gorgeous — your voice! It did bring it all back for me — when I felt alone in my life between the ages of 17 and 26. But, yes, even at such a young age, I knew that I had to keep going. And so I did as you will too. Thank you for creating such a beautiful oasis with your words and voice. Sending love.
